  • Customer account registration form.

If you create a Customer account, Seedfy requests the following required personal information: name, last name, email address, company name, and requires you to choose a password to login. Seedfy also requests optional information to better use the product / service they offer, personal information such as: ID number, nationality and address.

 

Seedfy collects this information with your consent, and we use it to provide the products / services, identify and manage your account, and also reach out to you about the services. If you place an order or subscription, Seedfy will use a PCI-Compliant payment processor to collect and process your payment information.

  • Newsletter Subscription Form

Seedfy requests the following personal information: Name and surname, email address, telephone number, company name and job title, this to manage the subscription list, send newsletters and send emails about Seedfy solutions, resources, and services (Marketing purpose). 

 

Basis for the processing: consent to the processing.

 

The data you provide to Seedfy will be located in a safe server, on Fluxforce's servers, with an address in Miami, Florida, USA.

 

Recipients of your personal data

 

The recipient of your personal data is only Seedfy. In case your personal data is to be transferred, Seedfy will inform you in advance. Personal information will only be shared by Seedfy to provide or improve our products, services and advertising; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Contact and Customer account registration forms: Seedfy will retain the data for the period necessary to fulfill the user request.

 

Subscriptions (Newsletter): The personal data you provide to Seedfy will be kept until you request its deletion(unsubscription). This type of purpose is based on a user’s consent, and therefore the user can withdraw his consent at any time and also object to the processing.
